What is your turnaround time?

Most products ship out same day; however, some customizations take extra time and production usually takes 1 to 5 business days for most products. If there are any products that take longer to process, it will say in the listing or in the quote provided.

How much is shipping?

We have free shipping to Canada and USA.

Yes, if you have a deadline coming up and need your signage quicker, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate and guarantee your delivery time.

I don’t have my own design. How much does it cost to make a custom design?

Yes, if you have a deadline coming up and need your signage quicker, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate and guarantee your delivery time.

I don’t have my own design. How much does it cost to make a custom design?

Most custom designs for simple signage take 0.5 to 2 hours to complete; however, some designs might take much longer. It’s hard to give you an accurate quote without knowing more about your project. It’s best to contact us directly and we’ll send you a quick questionnaire to fill out. Our hourly rate is $45 so on average you are looking at $22.50 to $90 for a custom design.

Do you send proofs before sending the product?

Yes, proofs are available upon request. Please contact us if you’d like to receive a proof of your product before we ship it out. Please note that turnaround time will be slower if proofs are requested. Orders will be put on hold and will not be processed until you approve your proofs.

My signage requires a permit from the city. Do you take care of permits?

Locally (Kelowna, BC area) we will take care of permits; however, customers out of town will need to contact their city and arrange permits themselves.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you for any reason don’t like the product that you received, return it for a full refund.

How do I make a return?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product and we will send you a “Return Authorization Number” and instructions on where to send the product. We will give you a full refund once we received your return. Please note shipping costs associated with the return will be the buyer’s responsibility.
